Shawn Burke A bit about the author...
Shawn grew up in Richmond California (S.F. Bay Area) and graduated from UC Santa Cruz with a degree in Cultural Anthropology (yes its useless). After graduating he had at least 49 different jobs in the two years before moving to Japan including: internet casino receptionist, house painter, student monk (okay so that's not a job), coffee jerk, construction worker, carpenter, and landscaper.

Shawn currently resides in Shizuoka Japan where he is graduate student at the local university. Besides school and the Center Space, he is involved in a bewildering amount of things (which explains why this book is taking so long...). including a small independent record label called "Frught Lupes Records". And in his free time he sometimes works.

Jeff Ward Cover Artist
Jeff Ward headed west in 1996 to study illustration at Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design in Denver, before returning east and setting up shop as an illustrator. He specializes in science fiction, fantasy and astronomical art. He has illustrated book covers, magazine covers and interiors, as well as storyboard/conceptual art. Most recently you will find him creating eye-catching illustrations for the gaming industry as well as entering both original paintings and prints into art shows for exhibition and sale. Jeff has won several awards for his work and is also a member of several professional artist organizations.

Tomo Gotou Inner Art
Tomo, former hair dresser, now spends most of his time playing PS 2, drinking, and driving around aimlessly. He also happens to be an incredibly talented graffitti artist and MC in Shizuoka,Japan. Most of the inner art in the Center Space is his and is his first to be pulished work. Feel free to contact him for any work (he needs the money!)

Fermin Mata Inner Art
Fermin much of the inner artwork to the Basic Rules but has since disappeared since...
